You don't have to have a service contract to benefit from our expertise. We come to your location on an as-needed basis for a competitive service fee. This service includes inspection, preventative maintenance, and repairs. We repair or replace any aging parts, calibrate your machine, and verify system performance after the new parts are in place. If new parts are needed, we have them shipped to your location so we can complete the repair wherever you are.
Don't let a faulty part bring your MRI facility to a halt. We repair parts and coils for Hitachi machines and carry an in-house stock of new parts for purchase by contract customers. Limited parts are also available to billed service customers.

Using online video chat services, such as Skype™, we work with customers around the world, helping them troubleshoot and even repair their MRI equipment. If necessary, we can have someone on site for billable services within 24 hours.
